The value for your company

English training that connects to the working day.

When employees feel more confident using English, everyday communication can become clearer and workplace tasks easier to navigate. The programme focuses on useful language, repeated practice and practical application.

01

Clearer communication

Practise asking questions, checking understanding, giving updates and communicating with colleagues, supervisors and customers.

02

Relevant to your sector

Lessons are customised to your workplace, using realistic scenarios, vocabulary and tasks that reflect employees’ roles.

03

Support beyond the session

Short homework tasks help learners put new language into practice, with email support to help them keep moving between classes.

A simple hybrid format

Four sessions. One practical learning journey.

The programme can be adapted to your team’s English levels, priorities and shift patterns.

Small groups, grouped by level

An initial conversation and assessment help identify learners’ needs and place employees in suitable groups. Online groups are best kept small so everyone has time to speak.

01

In-person workshop · 1 hour

Meet the group, identify communication priorities and practise useful language through guided, sector-specific activities.

02

Online follow-up · Session 1

Revisit key language and practise it in realistic workplace conversations.

03

Online follow-up · Session 2

Build fluency and confidence with role-plays, listening practice and common workplace scenarios.

04

Online follow-up · Session 3

Consolidate learning, review progress and agree practical next steps for continued practice.

Between sessions: short homework tasks and email support to help learners practise and ask questions.

Your trainer

Language teaching with a real-world perspective.

I’m an English teacher based in Dublin, with experience teaching international students at ELI Schools and International House, as well as providing private English tuition.

I hold a CELTA qualification and C2, which is the highest level of English proficiency in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). My teaching experience includes adapting lessons to different learning needs, preparing customised materials and supporting learners as they work towards their goals.

Before focusing on English teaching, I worked as a flight attendant with TAM Airlines. That experience strengthened my appreciation for clear communication, customer service, teamwork and communicating safety procedures in a busy international environment.

My aim is to make English learning practical, relevant and encouraging—so employees can practise language they can take back into their working day.

Let’s talk about your team.

Tell me a little about your workplace, the roles your employees have and the English they need to use. We can discuss a suitable group format and a tailored pilot programme.
